Generally, our aim is to recruit our replacement when the time is right, bringing in a full-time marketer or empowering your existing team to self-manage. Having exited, your Proxi marketing lead can continue to help drive and shape your marketing vision as a mentor and/or advisor.
For SaaS businesses who are clear on their pathway forward and who have funding, Proxi vCMO is perfect.
Approximately 2 days per week for 6-9 months (or for however long it takes).
For organisations at an early stage or cash constrained looking for a ‘tactical quick fix’ Proxi SMART is perfect.
It gives you 5 hours a week for 12 weeks and is 50% subsidised by RBPN.
